while washing long hair is one supposed to keep them front (like they'll be in front of your face)? which is a better method that will prevent unnecessary hair fall.

to akash: just apply white vinegar in ur scalp and hair by massage leave 20min and wash it off .do this weekly twice.Have multivitamin tablet or becosules to solve vitamin scarcity problem
